Assembly guide
Assembling a display mannequin takes only a few minutes: the parts fit together with simple quarter turns. This step-by-step guide shows you how to attach the legs, set the mannequin on its glass base, assemble the torso, arms and hands, and look after it. It applies to our female, male and child mannequins.
Before you start
A mannequin is made up of several parts: the torso, the pelvis, the legs, the arms, the hands and the rod that fixes it to the base. Assembly always follows the same order.
Connect the leg to the pelvis with a quarter turn.
It is easier to turn the mannequin upside down and hold the leg you are inserting by the ankle.
To adjust the angle, place both feet on the base, as shown in diagram B.
Attach the torso to the pelvis with a quarter turn.
Connect the hands to the arms, then the arms to the torso.
Done
Loosen the thumbscrew on the base when you move your mannequin, then tighten it again once it is in place.

Until the mannequin is fully assembled and dressed, you need to be able to adjust the rod. Tighten the thumbscrew last.
Push or pull the rod, placing both feet on the base so as not to break the glass.
Use a damp cloth. Scratches come off with a white eraser, except on soft touch varnish models.
Loosen the thumbscrew on the base, move the mannequin, then tighten it again once it is in place.
